SUPER TEAM AWESOME (YOU’LL NEED TWO STICKS OF DEODORANT) ADVENTURE CLUB TREK PROGRAM
In a program that should live up to its name, our trek program is geared for older Scouts (14 and up) looking for an exciting alternative to merit badges and who like to get away! Trek activities include our popular golf outing at Lakehurst Navy, rock climbing at the Rockville Indoor Climbing Gym, surfing the waves on Long Beach Island, a breathtaking day of High COPE elements and even a deep sea fishing trip!
AQUATICS ADVENTURE SPECIALTY TREK
Our newest and most challenging trek experience yet, the Aquatics Adventure program takes Scouts out on the water for a full week of aquatics activity. Participants will have the opportunity to surf, sail and Scuba dive, including earning the PADI Scuba Certification and new Scuba Merit Badge! This is an intense full-week program limited to 15 Scouts per week. Ages 14 and up.
CHALLENGING OUTDOOR PERSONAL EXPERIENCE CSR offers an outstanding and seasoned C.O.P.E. program where older Scouts(13+) will be able to participate in this afternoon program while participating in other programs (merit badges etc) during the morning sessions. C.O.P.E. is a program designed to teach: Communication, Planning, Teamwork, Trust, Leadership, Decision Making, Problem Solving and Self Esteem!
FIRST CLASS FRONTIER
Our first year camper program is a great way to jumpstart your younger Scouts for the trail to Eagle. The First Class Frontier program is an all day, hands-on program that gives Scouts a taste of each area in camp, all while teaching the skills needed for most Tenderfoot thru First Class requirements. Not only will Scouts work on advancement, the program includes earning two merit badges!
Past, Present and Future
The 2010 Summer Camping Season is shaping up to be the best summer ever at CSR. Be a part of the 100th Anniversary Celebration at the Citta Scout Reservation and sign your unit up today!
Project C.O.P.A.L. or Citta's Outdoor Program for Adult Leaders gives our adult leaders the opportunity to check out all of our program areas and have some fun while doing it! Scoutmasters will be challenged to do things like, assist as a lookout at the Aquatics area, attend the Leader crackerbarrel, and take a nap!
