Summer Camp Staff
Work at America's Favorite Scout Camp!
Each year we seek individuals over the age of 14 to fill multiple positions within our camp staff. Camp staff members work directly with Scouts in different areas of camp, in program areas, at the waterfront, and even in the front office. Camp Season: June 22 - August 2, 2025
All Staff Training: TBD
Staff Week: Area Directors: 6/20 All Staff: 6/22-6/28
Five weeks of Program consisting of Cub Scout Day Camp, Webelos Adventure Camp, and Scouts BSA Resident Camp.
All Staff will be expected to commit to working the entire 6 week summer.
Average pay for a First-Year Counselor: $150 per week
Average pay for an Area Director: $225 per week
All staff will live in Staff Row, a staff campsite, or possibly a Yurt and are expected to live on-site.
